Trust in GOD

 ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭14:22‭-‬32‬ ‭NIV‬‬

[22] Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. [23] After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone, [24] and the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it. [25] Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. [26] When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear. [27] But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” [28] “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.” [29] “Come,” he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. [30] But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!” [31] Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” [32] And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. 

We seeing Peter trusting in Jesus knowing that if it's his Master he was not going to sink, he was going to walk on water like what he saw on Jesus.

He told himself water or no water, wave or no wave if Jesus is there everything is sorted.

Now a great wave approached him instead of continuing to trust in Jesus, he saw himself sinking he saw himself swallowed by the boisterous wind he then doubted Jesus. Peter thought the wave was greater than Jesus, bible says he began to sink and shout out to Jesus for help the one whom he doubted before was now the only one to save him.

How many times as children of God do we wonder and do our calculations outside Christ and when all is not working out we now look for whom to pray with, looking back to Jesus the one we deserted.

That situation you are facing is a wave, don't focus on it focus on Jesus.

God is for you and nothing can be against you. Sickness is a wave, pain is a wave, rejection is a wave, humiliation is a wave, shame is a wave, stagnation is a wave, divorce is a wave, false accusation is a wave and anything that doesn't exist in the vocabulary of Jesus is a wave. Don't focus on anything all of the above belong under our feet. FIX YOUR GAZE ON JESUS.

When you focus on the negativity of this world you will sink. Don't look for men's approval seek God's approval only. If He has started it He is faithful to complete it. I have never seen the righteous forsaken nor their children begging for bread. I want you to trust in God and never lean on your own understanding.

That wave is there to destroy you, the enemy knows that the more he brings situations, waves and we focus on them he has weakened us. But choose to rise that situation, it's a mirage child of God. Ignore him all his lies and keep your gaze on Jesus.

I don't know who you are and are reading this God is saying that wave is nothing compared to the power within you, remember the greater one lives in you and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Call unto Jesus He will answer and save you. You have left the Faith way, you are thinking God has forgotten about you NO, GOD IS THE SAME YESTERDAY TODAY AND FOREVER.

Take it to Jesus in prayer He will hear and answer you. He walked on water from the shore to where the disciples were at dawn. Water is nothing to our Master, waves are nothing to Jesus, He walks on top of them, they belong under His feet, they obey Him so child of God HAVE FAITH IN GOD.

That false accusation is a wave you don't need to explain yourself fix your gaze on Jesus. Let Him explain on your behalf. God is saying someone here you are tired don't give up HE IS SAYING.

Waves subside, they die, they end but Jesus is life and will never end. He defeated everything including death itself you need to trust Him. I AM THAT I AM IS HIS NAME. joy when you need it, strength when you need it, healing when you need it, money when you need it, peace when you need it, anything and everything when you need it.

In anything run to God, He is our hiding place, safe aboard. Some trust in the things of this world we will trust in Jesus.

WAVES ARE TEMPORARY BUT JESUS IS ETERNAL.
